I was browsing google, but still couldn't find answer to 'What fuel tank size is in my car?'. My VW Polo is 1996 mk3 1043cc 5 doors hatchback. I've read that there's 45l, 48l.. Maybe somebody could tell me exact capacity of fuel tank? Thanx very much!

every thing I have found says 42.7 L .

but i do find a split that says it may have 45.4L so you would need to have the Vin # run at dealer to see what.
