 WHAT AREAS CAN I MODIFY ON 1995 GOLF 1.6 CL- |

As the above states really. I have a M reg 1.6 standard and want to increase the speed at bottom end.
What suggnificant changes/alterations can i perform??
Ideally would love to turbo this mother up!!!!!!
