 Temp gauge on my 01 Passat |

Hi,
When I'm driving the temp gauge normally sticks at the mid way point. Lately after driving for a while on an open road the temp has started to drop a notch or two on the cold side of centre.
Has anyone had the same problem or know how to fix it ?

you may not have any thing wrong.
if you have open road clean air flow and your fans are on. Driving long time with this codition the temp will drop down as you are getting a lot of cooling. so temp will drop. 10 to 15 Deg. with no problems.
