 Stupid alarm |
 |
Ok im new to VW and im trying to figure out how to either desensitize my alarm or remove it all together, its way to sensitive now and if the car stalls out(1999 vw golf gl my first stick) i have to lock and unlock the doors to turn the alarm off so whats the best way to disable the alarm? thanks for your help

Red/brownish plug under dash on the lh door pillar. You will barely be able to reach it after pulling down fusebox.
