 Really really light steering |

HI
Can anyone help me.
I have a polo 1.6 R reg.
The problem is, is my steering is really really light. When i go over any pot hole, the wheel pulls me, and sometimes the steering wheel will move on its own.
This makes the car very twitchy.
The tracking as been done twice, the camber and balancing has also been done. And the bushes have also been checked. They cant really find anything wrong with it.
Anyone got any ideas on what it could be?
