1999 Jetta stalls after 30 min starts up after 1 hour reaccuring please help.

check the fuel pump as well as for dirty injectors. If it has distributor, check the ignition part that replaced points and condenser (don't remember right now the name of it) or if it doesn't have distributor, check or replace the coil. A computer scan on your nearest autozone (i ain't advertising, it's because it's free to check your car there) may tell you what's goin' on.
Maybe a tune-up may call it a day.

I'm not that experienced with new engines, but I would do that if I were you.
