I have a 2002 golf that I want to do some tuning to...but I dont know where to start all I know is that I want to put out 400hp if I can

Surprised all right 1st what motor?
2nd how much money do you have to spend?
3rd how fast do you wont it done.
4th are going to have this as a daily driver?
