is there any way of doing bleeding i mean which wheels need to bleed first then 2nd then 3rd and 4th.

no doesnt matter. i usually do the front 1st for some reason but thats just me being a creature of habit.

need help i bought black 96 honda civic .on the roof clear was peeling off i did sand papper 400 grid and remove all the clear .plz can u tell me if i do the black paint do i need to do clear coat again if yes how many coat of black paint do i need to do and how many coat of clear do i need to do?after paint do i need to do sand papper how many grid do i need to use on paint and how many gride do i need to use on clear?

you shouldnt be talking about jap scrap on here!!
you need to sand the sheen out of it with the 400. then get it perfectly soomth with 1200 grade. one coat of black will do when your putting lacquer on it. if there is no run or marks in the black spray on your lacquer. dont sand the lacquer or you will wreck the finish. polish with a strong polish. if there is runs or marks in the black you will need to sand them out with 1200 grade before lacquer.
with black every bit of dirt shows so you will need to have the enviorment very very clean.
