 lupo trip reset |

hi ya alli just bought a lupo sdi and i am trying to reset the mileage and it wont work at all is there any way of fixing these im presuming its a clock out job and maybe its broke or something i tried pushing it harder even with a drill bit to get the push but it still wont 0.0
