It has had all oil changes done every 5k miles at Volkswagen dealerships with VW approved synthetic oil and oil filters. It runs beautifully and is very quick. The car has brand new tires mentioned above with an alignment done, fresh oil change, and has also been professionally detailed. I also raised the suspension to almost stock height for the winter time and replaced the windshield wipers.
