Engine codes

I have a 1999 beetle gas engine and my check engine light came on. We plugged in the computer and the code P1128 comes up. What does that mean?

DTC P1128 is for Bank 1 mixture Adaption (mult) System too lean.

It means there is avacum leak.

If you have a AEG 2.0L engine. Check the fuel preasure regulator vacum hose.

It is on the Passanger side of engine on top near fuel hoses it is about 6" in length.
has small clamps on it.

Thank you for your help, it was the small hose that you stated. It was off, and it didn't look to be in good shape so i put a new one on. Now how do you get the engine light to go off? I ran the car only for a minute.

you need to have it erased with a scaner or you can touch the battery cables togeather with them unhooked from battery. for 30 sec.

The engine light came back on yesterday and the same code came up and i checked the small hose and it is still on but the bug is hard to start what do i check for? Thanks.
