daytime running lights and low beam headlights don't work |
|
I have a 2004 Passat. The daytime running lights don't work, but they come on when I turn on the headlights. The low-beam headlights don't work at all, but the brights do. I replaced the relay stamped 173 that I was told controlled the running lights, but they still don't work. All the fuses work as well. Does anyone have any ideas of where I could look next? Thanks.

Similar Problem |
|
I have had a similar problem. Neither of my headlight will turn on low-beam, but will turn on high beam. I checked the fuses. I was wondering if anyone knew if the lights were in series or in parallel... because last week I had my left turn signal and left light worked on, and I think that may have contributed to the problem. I need to know if it is a whole new problem, or just the same old one again.
Thanks
