just buy a performance air filter setup and get rid of the huge air filter box. alot cheaper, and saves your engine from seezing due to water damage. just my 2cents

Try K&N aftermarket Cold Air Intake system for your Jetta. Bought one of those from Autopartswarehouse.com and I'm liking it thus far. I really believe my ride now drives and performs better plus it's more fuel efficient when I added CAI. Plus, my engine bay looks nicer and cleaner with the Cold Air Intake installed. Good luck man!
