The blinkers and emergency flasher don't work. I have replaced the hazardous warning rely, but still no blinking. What else should I check?

dude same exact thing happend to me. its not the relays. one by one take out each bulb on the outside of the car . when you take one off try the signals.when the signals work that means the bulb you took out is old and needs to be replaced (even if it still lights up). try that
