97' jetta Starting and Power problem please help... |
|
I have a 1997 jetta Gls, that recently got into a front end collision.. the radiater and ac condenser were bent and ruined same with grill hood etc.. I replaced the radiater ac condenser and other body parts and seemed to fix the leaks and over heating now, but it seems like my car isnt getting enough power threw my battery for my car doesnt start, the radio doesnt work, the seatbelt and door alarm dont work. I have been able to get the radio and all the alarms to work for a couple of seconds by jiggling my key.. My car wont start unless i try at it for atleast twenty minutes, The key turns all the way and i hear the clicking of the starter and somthing in the engine clicking but no cigar, when i do get the car to run it starts when the key is in the second position wher only the air and radio are suppose to work and if i turn the key all the way to the right wher it would normally start it wont start... i have Pics i can post, and i can describe any questions for i have spent so much time on this and am getting amazed at whenever i think i have finnally fixed it somthing else isnt working right... please hellllppp......
