94 GTI 2.0 8v engine,cold start problems |
|
Hi everyone, could you please help me, it's been two years now, that depending of the temperture outside, my car is hard to start. If it's hot outside it's start right away, but when it's cold, I need the push on the gas pedal to get it to start.
I got the feeling that a sensor somewhere is probably faulty, but wich one?
Thanks for your help!
Stephan

well Stephan,
you could start with the coolant temp sensor. This tell computer how much fuel should be injected. During cold start and hot start condition.
