 2000 vr6 glx top speed. |

Anyone know if there is a govenor on theses cars I can only pull up to 200 then I have nothing. Not that I drive around like that all the time, I just wonder if maybe I'm not making the kind of power I should be.

Well, I have a 98 Wolfsburg 2.0 (with several improvements(cold air intake, performance exaust ect..)) and ive broken 200Km/Hr
Seems to me the VR6 would be able to pump out more, there must be some sort of governer

thats only 120 mph ... so basically if your cars stock it should be fine cuz you should barley beable to reach 120 ... but can .. depending on your driving and if your cars up to par meaning tuned up.

i have a 2000 VR6 Jetta GLS. Ive done 135 and it still hyad a little more.
