I have a 99 passat 1.8T and the engine is done, so is the automatic transmission. my question is what do I need to swap it out and put in a v6 with a 5 speed, or is it even worth it? or should I just do the swap with another 1.8T with another automatic? and what would be the difference in price between both. Im new to the VW world and love the style and the looks of VW's
