 02 sensors and ABS |

Hi all,
I'm about to graduate and bought a '97 Jetta. It's absolutely fantstic, but I do have two questions.
1) How can I tell if I have ABS? No light comes on when I start the car so I figure I don't, but it was avertised as having ABS.
2) Can someone provide a link, or give very clear details on, where and how-to cahnge the upflow 02 sensor?
